convenient location easy access comfortable room

The hotel is in a convenient location near public transit. I found easy access to the subway and bus stops. I also appreciated that many restaurants were less than a five-minute walk away. The room size was quite good and I found it comfortable.

I noticed that the water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak.

weak pressure minimal amenities

The room was a good size and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The shower's water pressure was weak and I found the bathroom amenities minimal considering the price I paid. I only got small shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles for two people and there was no body lotion provided which was inconvenient too few places were available to put clothes while changing in the washroom.

the location was acceptable. it was near mrt stations and provided easy access to public transportation.

the gym was disappointing. i found that it lacked proper equipment. the variety was minimal, hard to get a full workout.

a really great stay!

The staff were really good for us. i lost my ring down the sink. The maintenance team happily retrieved it within 5 minutes even though i called around 10pm. we adore the closeness to two mrt stations. We used these daily to travel around. nothing was too much to ask, all the staff were so helpful and lovely.

the shower's water pressure was somewhat weak. i would have loved stronger water pressure, but that's all.

the room was spacious and clean, a modern design. it included comfortable beds and convenient amenities. two luggage pieces (24 & 28) fit without problems, placed flat, great for managing our belongings effectively.
