The staff were very good for us. i lost my ring down the sink. The maintenance team happily retrieved it within 5 minutes even though i called around 10pm. we adore the closeness to two mrt stations. We used these daily to travel around. nothing was too much to ask, all the staff were so helpful and lovely.

the shower's water pressure was somewhat weak. i would have loved stronger water pressure, but that's all.

the room was spacious and clean, a modern design. it included comfortable beds and convenient amenities. two luggage pieces (24 & 28) fit without problems, placed flat, great for managing our belongings effectively.

the rooftop pool is a highlight, offering great sunset views. it is a comfortable place for a dip in the water. the gym included essential equipment for a quick morning workout, such as treadmills and stationary bikes.

there are many dining places within walking distance. the hotel provided no in-house dining. there were many options for dinner and breakfast nearby including a seven 7 market which was useful.
